Welcome to the Zoning, Building & Planning page. Below there is a brief description of the duties of the zoning office. You will also find listed below the most requested  permit applications. For those not listed, please contact the zoning office.

  §     Monthly Report:

Preside at the monthly Supervisors meeting giving a report on Zoning and Planning activity in the prior month.

  §     Subdivision, Land Development: 

Review submitted plans to insure their completeness & compliance with all adopted ordinances with in Saldo (Subdivision & Land Development Ordinance) and Zoning.

Presentation of reviewed plans to various boards, commissions & governing bodies.

§     Permit issuance and Zoning Ordinance Enforcement: 

Issue various zoning permits that comply with all Township Zoning Ordinances.

Property inspections and enforcement if necessary for any zoning violations and or complaints.  

Preside and give testimony at a Zoning Hearing Board at the request of an applicant for a variance/relief to an adopted ordinance.

§     Storm Water Management:

Review permit applications for completeness & compliance to the Storm Water Management.
